If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. If a Damaged/Wrong Product is Delivered
- We offer free exchanges in case of damaged or incorrect products.
- Please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery.
- The replacement product will be shipped after we receive the returned product.
(Note: WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS) - Exchange processing time: 4–5 working days.
- Pickup and reshipment will be handled by our team.
- Please contact us via WhatsApp and share valid proof/details (including an unboxing video).
2. If You Don't Like the Product / Wrong Size / Any Other Reason
- A nominal return & exchange fee will be charged.
- You can exchange for different sizes or even different products.
- Fees include:
- Reverse pickup: ₹150
- Forward shipping: ₹150
- If your PIN code is non-serviceable, you'll need to self-ship the product back. We will only charge for forward shipping in that case.

Returns are only processed as store credit.
(Note: WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS) - Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue and will be sent to your registered email.
- Once the returned product is received, we'll issue store credit or ship the new product.
- Exchange process takes 10–12 days.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return/exchange if:
- The product shows signs of use.
- The product is damaged or not in original condition.
- Only one-time exchange/return is permitted.
- You must raise your return/exchange request within 1 day of delivery.
Delivery Attempts & Shipping Info
- Our delivery partner will attempt delivery 3 times.
- If the registered mobile number or address is incorrect, MANACA is not responsible for delivery delays or failed attempts.
- In case of RTO (Return to Origin) or RTD (Return to Delivery), ₹200 will be deducted, and the remaining value will be issued as store credit.
- Customised orders are not eligible for exchange or return under any circumstances.
Returns & Cancellations
Prepaid Orders:
- Cannot be cancelled after placement.
- You may request a change in product or shipping address before dispatch only.
COD Orders:
- Partial COD orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
MANACA may update or revise this refund policy at its discretion without prior notice.
Return Instructions
To begin a return, please email us at manacaofficial@gmail.com. Once your request is approved, our team will provide the warehouse address for return shipping.
If you're required to self-ship, please share the tracking ID with us via email. Once we receive your product, we’ll process your exchange or store credit.
Important Notes
- SALE items are not eligible for returns, but can be exchanged.
- For damaged/wrong items, an unboxing video is mandatory for eligibility.
